Tom is a wonderful lender. He listens to the clients needs first, then sets them up with the best plan for them. I have had several clients choose other lenders due to personal relationships, etc. then they end up switching to Tom because Tom will get the deal done when others can't. He answers his phone, he communicates well, and he's great to work with. I highly recommend him for anyone looking to take out a loan when purchasing a home.

Tom help me set up my mortgage and was able to break down everything that was involved in payment. Even though mortgages can be confusing Tom was able to make sure I understood everything that I was paying for. He also worked with the Title Company to make sure there were no problems with signing the mortgage agreement. All and all he helped give me a very fast, affordable and easy mortgage.
