I was referred to Jackson and am so happy I was. Jackson made the entire purchase of my home a breeze. I was never stressed or felt I was kept out of the loop. Communication was above excellent, I never had to wait more than 10 minutes to get a response from Jackson if he missed my call and same can be said for emails/texts. I would highly recommend any first time buyer to reach out to Jackson, I don't think any other lender could have provided an easier process.
