Avondale Private Lending (John Spears) is great to work with. They make the process of getting private lending easy and efficient. I work with Real Estate Developers who have worked with Avondale Private Lending and are very happy with the service. I am a REI bookkeeper and I have first-hand seen the service provided by Avondale in terms of lending and construction draws. They provide excellent customer service, communication and documents needed to record loans correctly.
