Neil made my first time homebuyer experience easy and stress-free. He took his time to explain everything in great detail and breakdown information I did not understand fully in language I could relate to. He always had time to speak over the phone, and replied to texts and emails promptly. I had heard horrible stories about the home buying process and was scared of what I might encounter.
