        Guaranteed Rate was amazing from beginning to start. We closed on or home during covid which was a headache, but everyone from Guaranteed Rate made the process easier. They always were there to answer any questions, remained professional and sympathetic with all the delays we went through with our builder. If we called and had to leave a message they always returned my call ASAP. Leslie team is amazing and we are so glad we went through them.

Leslies team provided excellent service even under the circumstances we were in with COVID, they assisted and answered all our questions and concerns. The process went smoothly.         Me and my husband were referred to Nathan for a home loan. Months have passed and still no word from him. When we called to find out the progress he didnt even know where we were he apparently hadn't looked at any of our paperwork. He shouldn't be taking on clients when he obviously doesn't have the time for them. All in all, wouldnt go to him. Just a waste of time.
