Zach Bishop is the absolute best when it comes to lending. He knows his numbers and will give it to you straight. We were dollar for dollar when it came to buying our home and he knew that and he made sure when we closed on our home his numbers matched throughout the entire process. Not only was he AMAZING with numbers, he was always there when I had questions. He literally walked out of his own closing on his home to answer some of my questions and that was above and beyond what I would have expected out of a lender. My husband and I closed on our first home at the ages of 20 & 22 years old. Just 3 months ago, we were in South Carolina! Never thought we would end up with a beautiful home in Texas after discussing it for three years. After speaking to many lenders who were unwilling to help, take us seriously, or be consistent we ran into Lane. I originally called the number by mistake and quite honestly did not want to speak with him thinking he wouldnt be much help. However, he called me again the next day and our lives have completely changed since then. Lane had a plan for us from our very first conversation. He helped raise our credit scores and set realistic expectations for the home-buying process. He has given us great advice and overall life guidance. He is become someone we would honestly consider family. You do not find people like him every day. If you would like a lender that is gonna feed you nonsense and tell you what you want to hear then Lane is not for you. If you want a loan officer who is straight to the point and genuine then you have found the right one. If he says he can get you into a new house in 30 minutes you better start packing and haul azz because he means business. Ahaha! We want to again thank you Lane for all you have done to help us.
