Good overall impression, they demonstrated patience, flexibility and good understanding of my needs. Closed the deal successfully, I was able to save some money with reasonable paperwork burden.

        If you are going to refinance, you couldn't wish for a better consultant than Igor Silva. He is not only extremely knowledgeable but he is also friendly and helpful. Mr. Silva helped me throughout my entire refi and made, what I thought was to be very scary, a rather easy and pleasant experience. He's the best!!!!
