We have been working with Mike Bartman for 4 years and having him as an accessible resource for information has been absolutely invaluable. We initially considered moving, then pivoted to renovating/adding-on, then back to moving. He stuck with us and patiently helped us understand the financial ins and outs of each of those options. Any time we had questions along the way or needed more clarity about something, he was there to explain all of the details simply and concisely. Additionally, he communicated behind the scenes with all other parties involved in the transaction (Banking team, Realtor, Title team, etc) to keep everyone on the same page and to proactively address potential challenges before they arise. We cannot sing his praises enough or recommend him too highly. He's the tippy-top of the A-Team!

Where do I begin, SWBC Mortgage, Mike Bartman, Michelle Anderson, Michael Salvador and their team were amazing!
As someone who is in real estate space, I have seen and heard of a lot of peoples bad's experiences with lenders.
If you want to avoid those stories go with Mike and his team.
They made this entire experience as easy as it can get. They didn't just sell us a mortgage, they found out our needs, our buy limits, and our long term goals and provided us with options so we could choose what would work best for us.
If you need a reliable, great lender, Mike and his team need to be your choice!

In this hyper competitive housing market, you need a lending officer that's reliable and fully on your side. That's Mike and his team (Lauren and Michael). From the first intro call, Mike asked intentional questions to understand not only our short term goal of buying a home, he wanted to understand our long term goals. He meticulously walked us through the different lending options we had and pros and cons to each of them. When it came to the offer stage, we were up against an all cash offer. Mike went above and beyond to call the seller's agent to make assurances that we would close on time. That went a long way in helping us getting the home! Communication with Mike and his team was effortlessly seamless. As promised, we closed on time and with no hiccups. To top it off, it was really classy for Mike to show up at our closing. We couldn't recommend Mike any more highly!
