Gentec Mortgage provided my wife and I with superior customer and broker services. Demond specifically handled our mortgage lending process and our experience was phenomenal!! Demond sat with us to perform a financial wellness check to help us ensure that we were making the right decision in our pursuit of home purchase. He answered all of my wifes questions slowly and thoroughly. Demond represented us on the lending side of our transaction, but was willing to share his knowledge and experience as a Licensed Broker. Several time he was able to provide valuable insight when we were faced with decisions and encountered issues with other parties in the transaction.
