Owner takes the Tips from employees and keeps it. They make the excuse that the employee is already being paid hourly. This is a scam that the owner pulls because they don't tell the customer, they let the customer believe that the employee is being tipped. To the Owner: You're already under paying them, now you're taking the tips that help your employees survive in this current economy. I hope you're reporting those tips to your Taxes. Expect an audit.

The worst fruit store I've ever been to when I arrived there were like 10 employees and they were all talking and I was there waiting for like 5 minutes. Afterwards an employee helped me but she didn't even know what I was asking for, I had to repeat what I wanted like 5 times and she still didn't understand she went to call someone else to take my order. I think I should train all the staff once again. Everyone looks so bad that they even have a hard time serving people. All the fruit and custards they have in the refrigerator are rotten. I don't know how they can have such a neglected fruit shop in service. I really don't recommend going to that place, very bad service. First and last time I go to that unpleasant place. I bought a shaved ice but the ice is almost whole and the chicharrn de cueritos has no flavor and the vegetables are very poorly chopped .
