She even helped us find tenants as we will be moving from Seattle to our home in Dallas year later. Even though we never got chance to meet-in-person, She is a family friend now. Julie's work is extraordinary and am glad to work with her in our house search process. We purchased a townhome in December of 2020, using Julie Gonzalez as our realtor. She made the whole process run as smooth as could be. Since this is an investment home for us and we live out of state, Mrs Gonzalez went the extra mile and handled the appointments that we could not. She showed us several homes via video conference before we settled on the one we purchased. She even face timed with us and the builder as he did the walk through. She also put us together with a really great tenant. If I ever have real estate needs again, Julle will be the first call I make.

We worked with Julie on our new home, and she made our dreams come true. We moved to Texas from another state, and Julie took care of every detail of our house, even in our absence. We lived in Seattle and when we decided to move to Texas, we were looking for a realtor who could help us get a house in Texas-Dallas. A friend of us referred Julie and we spoke with her when we got her contact and said all our expectations. Later few received few other realtor contacts, which we never reached out, as when we spoke with Julie, we had a gut feel that she would be professional and good. But thats the best decision we made. Julie Gonzalez is extremely professional and she knows everything about this field. She understood our expectations and she made sure to send us the houses that were in our priorities and when we visited Dallas, she made a perfect plan for the open houses and was with us for all the tour that she arranged.. It was just 1.5 days we spent in Dallas with her and we liked a house and before we landed in Seattle we put an offer to the house that we visited and luckily the next day we woke up with a good news that our offer got picked. More than a realtor she is a friend to us now and she helped us with everything .(.There is a lot for me to write down..). With the awesome experience we had with her, we referred few of our friends and all of them have got their dreams houses recently. If you are looking for a realtor- just go with her.
