I have to give this location a one star because there is a lot of black and gray mold growing inside the spout on the front of the ice machine. It was up in the clear plastic spout that the ice flows out of. I noticed it when getting my ice for a drink which I did NOT drink. I was afraid for anyone else to use ice from the machine. I can only imagine how disgustingly filthy the inside of the ice machine and drink machines were. Wish I thought to take a photo. The workers were friendly and helpful but clearly someone was not doing their job of cleaning the machine(s).

They changed the recipe for the coleslaw and the Mac!!! The Mac is still passable but my heart cries out for how bad they ruined the slaw.

Been there several times. Servers don't listen or communicate well--6? experiences. Curt. Food makes up for it! Drove to another location once to get my answer!

I had the chicken, brisket combo with mac-n-chee and Mexican corn. Delicious! For price I would say it worth it. The Mexican Corn was fantastic! I recommend this as a fast food option!

Ive enjoyed this franchise for a while. However, not when Im shoulder checked by a manager trying to place an order. Then, several Hispanics just hang out there and create an awkward situation since they are all yelling at each other in Spanish. Manners Matter. Ill visit other Cowboy Chicken restaurants and avoid this one.
