        Very disappointed with this location. The past 3 times, including today - it seems as though no one at this location can follow order instructions. I didnt think it was that hard to hold lettuce or include napkins, but here we are. Will not be returning.

        Didn't answer the phone. Call a couple times and they answer. Order, guy says it'll be 15 min. I wait 45 min and a call back. He says they are so busy and they'll deliver it soon enough. I ask why he said 15 minutes and he hangs up the phone. I call back and he is screening my calls, as a business. This guy might be having a bad day but if you can't even offer sub par service from Jimmy John's you should call your mom and tell her you are coming back home forever
