I always have a great experience with Parker Adams and the team at Mini of Dallas/BMW when I bring my Mini Cooper Countryman in. This time, it was a huge screw in my tire. They have ample waiting areas and keep us up to date and moving through the process efficiently and professionally.

Not sure if the worst problem is the incompetence or the indifference. I have called and left vm 3 times for the finance manager, twice for the service manager and twice thru the on line chat. No one will call me back to discuss my complaint. I purchased a CPO mini in 2018. I was told the warranty would be a full 4 years/48 months. In addition I purchased a maintenance agreement or 5 years. When I took my car in a couple of weeks ago for warranty service and an oil change, I was told both the warranty and the maintenance agreement had expired. The warranty was promised to me should expire in feb 2018 and the maintenance should expire in 2023. The service writer showed me documentation that conflicts with my documentation. He told me I had to talk to the finance manager. I'd be willing to talk to the anyone who would do me the courtesy of a call back. I don't get it. How hard is it to be professional, honest and give a darn about your customers?
