Chipotle Mexican Grill

I've never had a problem getting plain brown rice until I got here. They made no effort to satisfy my request. The chicken bowl that I ordered was2-3 times spicier than I've ever had. Almost in-edible.

Speedy service but lukewarm meatschances are you wont be feeling great after ordering from this location. Its hit or miss on whether the food will be kept at a safe temp, but theyve missed the mark a few too many times at this point.

Andres and Diana were EXCEPTIONAL!!! They treated me like royalty! And the cilantro-lime infused chicken was DELICIOUS!!

I typically order online and still have to wait inside for my order to be made, so decided to order in house only to be told I would have to wait 10 minutes before my order could be taken Bottom line expect to wait if ordering for pick up on in-person. By the way the dining room tables were dirty an no toilet paper in the restroom. Poorly managed location.

Can be hit or miss. Sometimes the staff are absolutely incredible and moving quickly, sometimes not so much. The food is consistently ready on time if you ordered ahead, never had an issue with pickup but for how much chipotle charges now, it should be!
