This needs to be a prerequisite with anybody that is on insurance. Take the stigmatism down. Everyone should see how important mental health is.

I have been waiting since December for them to call me to give my son therapy, she said that she was available and they would call soon, they never called in February I had an appointment, she said that they had not even referred me to give him therapy why? I had improved, how is it going to improve if they are not helping me with anything, I'm just going to an appointment and they ask me how to do it next? Obviously, if you haven't helped me, how is it going to get better? I'm wasting my time, I need you to tell me if you'll give me therapy or I'll look for another place since I call and they give me everything and then they just hang up

I really wouldn't recommend this place to anyone unless you don't have anywhere else to go and you just need yore medicine or need to see someone. The staff is slow, act as if they don't want to be at work, and most of them have an attitude. Why apply to work with people who have mental health issues if that's not what you really want to do? They act as if you don't matter and can sit and wait all day just to see a nurse practitioner (you might luck up and see an actual Dr) when in reality people have to go to work, pick their kids up, etc. I guess they figure if you have mental health problems then you can sit and wait all day and be treated like crap.
