I have been seeing Lyndsey Perry for about 6 months now and she has helped make a tremendous impact on my life and I look forward to seeing her each time. IHW works with you on insurance, in-person/virtual visits, has a very welcoming office environment and finds time that works best for your schedule. Therapy was the greatest gift I have ever given myself. With the help of Integral Health & Wellness, I have lowered symptoms of my diagnosis, cultivated mindfulness and gained emotional clarity. It honestly feels like gaining life force, because I get more out of every day that I'm not holding back due to anxieties. I searched for years to find a place that was a good match for nurturing my mental health, and am grateful to have arrived here. CPT was essential to my healing journey. I've been in therapy at Integral Health & Wellness for several months now and my quality of life has drastically improved. Everything from scheduling to sessions to working with insurance has been professional and courteous. The office is nice and well maintained, but they also offer virtual sessions which has been a tremendous help for my schedule. All in all a great experience.

They really care about finding you the right mental health professional. They ask questions about you first to make sure you can be paired with the help right for you. I really appreciate all the friendly staff.
