I am planning to attend a ballet company gala in a few weeks and I'm in the market for some nice interesting clothes to mingle with an artsy crowd. So when I visited Pockets, I was hoping to discuss my needs and get some advice. I suppose they thought I was not one of them, because one of the clerks (the one in the plaid blazer shown in the picture) only grunted a wordless acknowledgement when I walked in and the other ( the one leftmost in the picture) completely ignored me. That was it. No further interactions. No help. The plaid blazer guy had plenty to say when a regular walked in and was effusive in his fawning.

Had a great experience with Andy Weil. Understood my needs, steered me to something very nice. Patrick is an attentive tailor. Very nice experience. Hadn't been there for a while - glad I came back!

My husband went to Pockets to have a custom suit made for our wedding. The entire experience with Nelson at Pockets was amazing! My husband got to choose the pattern and color of the suit, the lining pattern and color, and even had our wedding date embroidered inside the jacket!! Nelson made sure that my husband's suit fit him PERFECTLY for our big day. He had more fittings for his suit than I did for my dress!! Even after a little hiccup with the sizing, Nelson assured us that the fit would be corrected in time for our wedding day and it was. My husband and I did a "mutual first look" where we both got to see our wedding day attire for the first time together on the day of and he looked absolutely fabulous!! He also ended up buying some new jeans and dress shirts there too, which are all very high quality. Highly recommend Pockets for men's clothing, suit customization, and alterations!!!
