Went in to return a tuxedo that we rented for a wedding. When mentioning that the late fee was supposed to be waived the nice salesman went to get the manager. Not once did he say hi or look at the customer and was just mumbling under his breath smart remarks. Sad to see this kind of person representing a wonderful company and being a leader to the employees working there.

Worst customer service Went to do a return from an online order and the manager actually had the gaull to tell I was bad for his business because my return would go against his numbers. Wouldnt issue a refund but instead offered to ship the Sportscoats back for me and I would have to wait 10 days for my refund. Are you kidding me. Who the hell runs a business like this anymore. One more reason to buy from Amazon
