Desperate to find a nebulizer for my son who was recently diagnosed with a respiratory viral infection, searched and went to four different CVS locations, went to a medical supply store recommended by a friend to find that they were closed, found DME via google search. Called and spoke with Shana its 15 minutes to 7pm, she graciously meets me after business hours and explains they take after hour appointments.needless to say DME saves the day. Upon her arrival, I realized, she is the owner!!! A company whose owner is always going to pick up the phone and deliver A1 customer service will always have my service and is rare in these times and days! I highly recommend DME!

We needed a hospital bed for my mom and I called Shana on Friday morning and by Saturday afternoon a bed was delivered! The bed was exactly as described and the price was very affordable. Highly recommend and will definitely use them again. Thank you Shana!!!

Shana Gates is incredible. When my machine broke, she went above and beyond to get me a replacement over the weekend. The technicians were great as well, following up to make sure I didnt have any issues or questions with the set up. Im very impressed with Shanas customer service and hope that she gets the recognition that she deserves. Its rare to see a person to give up their Sunday evening to help out a customer!
