North Texas Imaging Hampton Center

Each time I've come or contacted them in regards to my referral appt, they state they haven't received it, despite the fact my doctor's office faxed it several times. I got to my appointment an hour early, and they didn't see me until after my 11:00 appointment. There was only three patients in the waiting area when I arrived. Patients that arrived after me were seen and left. It's terribly outdated and wasn't clean. Giselle, front desk staff, was dismissive and didn't listen.

The office space is very outdated and it is kind of dark but the staff are amazing, friendly and helpful. Every time I called someone answered the phone (instead of an automated machine and 10 min hold time like another facility I called first). I was able to get an appointment within a few days. The wait time before my procedure was very minimal. Dr. Martinez did my injection for the MRI with contrast and I barely felt the injection. He was so kind, informative and wonderful. My out of pocket expense was half of what it was going to be at another facility. I'll take an outdated office any day for the service I received from North Texas Imaging.

I should of looked at the reviews first. Im not happy with the service of Cindy at the front desk.

Had a horrible experience here . Front staff are so rude , they dont acknowledged you till you say something .
