I was a prospective new patient until I made an appointment and was called the Friday before my Monday appointment to reschedule because the doctor doesnt see patients at 1, When asked why she stated because its directly after lunch. It was their offices error after calling me to confirm 11 days prior and they wouldnt make an exception. See the timeline below. 1/19/20 9:30 PM made appointment through Zocdoc for Feb 3 at 1 PM 1/19/20 9:45 PM approved appointment 1/20/20 8:27 AM Mitzi called from the office to confirm and send new patient paperwork 1/20/20 8:45 AM New Patient Paperwork Sent 1/31/20 8:18 AM office called to reschedule my appointment because they dont see new patients at 1 PM Ill be finding another doctor.
