The staff is very efficient and nice, even after I was running a little late. She stilled called the Dr and asked if he would see me, when she easily could've said I'd have to schedule another appointment. She gave me her name i can't recall maybe...Rachel?...Hispanic long hair) had to go thru the double doors to her window when she greeted me)I told her I was late for my appointment and she actually called the dr and he agreed to see me way past my scheduled appt time. Thank you Dr Epping(?) for seeing me after being late for my appt. And thank you young lady for letting him know I was there...late

I made an appointment here in August, they gave me one at the end of October. I was in so much pain at that time I could barely function, I get to the appointment, its an APPOINTMENT to schedule me an appointment, JANUARY 18th yall I counted down these days all 3 months everyday until this appointment I was in so much pain and have so many problems I needed this for the prices I was told. I get to this appointment and this lady told me they TRIED to call me to reschedule, they aint got no doctors, and handed me an appointment for APRIL! Do not waste yall time booking with these people if you actually NEED work, I am still in so much pain and the teeth have broken down to my gums during these 5 months I waited them people are trash

AVOID THIS CLINIC PLEASE . Are you ready to be a Guinea pig ? No right ! I advised you to go else where to receive the proper care that you need ! Please listen to me . I will never tell a lie . They are so unprofessional . Most of the ladies who answers the phone . They change doctors way too much . They are inconsiderate. They are unorganized. They lack communication skills . Dont know what done happen up here , never experienced being treated so poorly . Doesnt make sense when I been going here for many years not 1-10 years but more than that and being treated with so much disrespect. This is unacceptable.

I personally did not look at the reviews before I made an appointment here. But I regret that mistake, because I wanted to come back to my black neighborhood and spend my money with my people but the service ain't good at all. They think everyone need a discount but I am a truck driver so I can pay out of pocket. And I always do. But one desk receptionist is rude as hell black business dang but any way I continue to want to be seen by a doctor. So I stayed for services but once in the doctor office the equipment and floors needed so.e serious cleaning. And even though the doctor herself was very young, she was very polite and very knowledgeable In her doctor field. But when I gotten my doctor bills the charges was inflated with made up charges. I came for a normal physical but I seen a charge for psychology treatment. What the hell was that all about. I paid it and said well it is what it is. But I went to ask for a prescription refill since now you have done blood test but it's been three days now and no refill because they said I wasn't evere seen by a doctor. What the hell? How can you do this mistake. I am going back to the white people to spend my money. I don't care what my black intuition says. I want better honesty service
