        At the store, I met Michael Freeman, who was unfortunately by himself. That being said he was able to manage talking to us and multiple other people like he was in a rush. He answered all my silly questions to get clarification of what I was looking for. It was pretty straightforward about the options for delivery and got it sorted out. My only complaint about the process is that the phone call you get from the delivery company is, automated. The number I was given was not what I was familiar with. I almost blocked it. Having an identifiable company that comes across in color ID it would be a big improvement. Communication is probably the most important thing to me as a fellow businessman.

        Ramiro was incredibly helpful in covering the differences across similar mattresses and providing options with competitive promotions. Im not quite in the market yet but will be buying one from him even though Im moving to another state.
