        Worst customer service i wish you didnt have to pay upfront for services you havent received. Paid a deposit and just ghosted me. SCAM

        This place was recommended by friend. I prepaid for my services in January. I had my surgery in March. I asked if they come to my house. I told that they could it would be more fees to do so. I ask the difference and payed that. Then I ask if we could the following week. I never got a response. I asking that all monies be refunded. Never got a response or answer concerning this situation. This place is a sham. Never paid upfront for services. Run far and fast from this place!!!!! Update still no response to my calls of a refund for service not provided!!! Recent Update I check with my credit company today March 18. 2024. There are no pending credit from this company. My question when will this money be refunded?

      Hello,Thank you for your review however you were fully refunded eventhough we did our best to accommodate. Originally you paid for “in spa” services and we had you booked weeks before your actual appointment. You then cancelled your appointment on the same day and inquired about travel services. We were booked out on YOUR requested days and weren’t able to accommodate until 4 days after your original appointment was scheduled. We apologized for the inconvenience and miscommunication, but we did our best to accommodate with the last minute changes that were presented on your behalf.
