Great Service. First massage, had so much tension built up in my back, triceps, and forearms, mostly from working out and poor mobility/range of motion. Great feedback and a great resource! Definitely recommend!

Had a massage with DJ yesterday it was absolutely amazing! I had no idea how tense I was until after the massage and I felt so much better. I knew i was stressed but had no idea how much my body was holding on to. DJ did! And she took time on those areas to make me feel better and whole again. I held stress in my neck and every time I turned my head it hurt. The massage helped every area of my body and I'm not in pain anymore. I HIGHLY recommend DJ and Relax and Refill. Soothing music was playing and lovely massage oils and hot stones. So glad I found her! I actually fell asleep on her table.
