Im so glad I found Katina. Her space is so peaceful and quiet, she has a great understanding of the body, and she goes out of her way to find time for you if you need her. Highly recommend!

Katina is a skilled massage therapist. One of the things I appreciate most about Katina is that she is intuitive in understanding the body. Sometimes it's hard to identify verbally what a pain or issue is, but she has a unique ability to find areas of pain/discomfort during the massage. She moves methodically through the body identifying, releasing, and healing tight or stressed muscles. I also appreciate the small details of thoughtfulness Katina integrates into each session- aromatherapy on the headrest (she tailors the scent depending on my needs/current state), heated tabled (she remembers the settings I prefer), and towel over the eyes during the face-up part of the massage. I never feel rushed and appreciate that Katina provides the full 90-minutes for the massage. Booking online is easy and she is a great communicator by text. Overall, I highly recommend Katina. I leave my appointments feeling physically better and emotionally/mentally restored.
