Intuitive Bodywork By Charli

Charli was easy to communicate with and took time to understand what I wanted/needed. I had a few chronic problem areas that I needed focus on. During the massage she was aware of how my body was responding, and gave good feedback of what she was feeling. Very knowledgable and offers great advice for stretching and other exercises to extend the benefits. Day two after the massage and I am still out of pain! I cant wait for my next session!

Charli was wonderful to work with. Charli was thorough and took care to explain muscles that were connected and how certain muscles being tight could lead towards other issues. She took special care with previous injuries and provided me with some stretches to address tightness throughout my body. I would definitely recommend her!
