The most expensive cheap spa I have ever been to. They did a very poor job for a $50 pedicure. The nail polish does not look clean and its completely uneven. Some nails look that they have one coat of paint and some have too much nail polish that it goes a little over the edges. Im quite upset that I came to this spa and wasted my money. Spas are supposed to be relaxing and should catered to clients as they seek time to relax and beautify themselves. The employee who worked on my pedicure looked mad and in a rush and didnt work much on smoothing my heels.

Excellent massage at DFW after lots of delays and sleeping in the airport. Sarah was very professional and gave an outstanding one hour massage. The highlight of my trip.

I dont think I have ever experienced the kind of outright denial of services as I did today. I had about 2 hours to my flight and I wanted to get my manicure done. I walked into the expresspa at terminal E. The lady flatly denied my request for a manicure on the basis that it wont look good. What the heck!!!. Is she saying she is not competent or is she saying that my nails are beyond hope. I will give my $35 plus tip to some other business who deserves it. Xpresspa will never get my business again.
