Lady at the front of vitals was so rude couldnt even get a word on. She has no people skills. All because we didnt have an appointment. I understand that. Just say that you need an appointment and we wouldve been happily on our way no need for the rudeness

For many years - licenses, DBS's, pay the property taxes, searching the county records... so much more. Down to the "Old" Dallas County Records Building in the past. Go get your marriage license, get your "DBA" filed, File legal documents and pay your property taxes at the Dallas County Clerks' Office. 500 Elm Street. Fronting on Houston St. right across from Dealey Plaza and the neighboring "Old Red" Courthouse. But that was last century it seems. I recall driving downtown to file something and I parked underground and came up to the doors to find a "WE HAVE MOVED" signed on the doors. Being dressed for work, heels and all - I had no choice but to walk many blocks north to Renaissance Tower at 1201 Elm Street. Talk about a long hike! I was exhausted! Got inside, had to go through all of the protocol to enter the building and then up to the offices to pick a number and wait! The walk back down Elm Street was even worse. It was a July day - HOT in Dallas and I had nothing to drink and was in a hurry. Caveat: Make sure you have the right location!! LOL!
