We spent some time shopping around before choosing Craftsman Concrete Floors to handle our project and were so glad that we did. Excellent results that still have that Wow factor each time we see our shiny polished concrete floors.

Super professional company that does phenomenal work. They know their trade well. The combined experience these guys have really shows and the quality of their work is bar none. If youre wanting polished concrete on your commercial or residential floors this is the company you want to call.

Jeremy and his team are wonderful to work with. If 10 starts were possible, I would give them! I am very thankful that we hired him for this job and would recommend him to anyone. He is very knowledgeable with concrete and answered all of my questions. Jeremy helped guide us to achieve the look we wanted in our new build with polished concrete. He worked seamlessly with us and our builder to complete work in a timely and respectful manner. We absolutely love our floors! We will use Jeremy in the future if we need any further concrete work completed.

Moving into a Fort Worth contemporary modern, we wanted to update our flooring. With two dogs, a cat, and a baby, concrete floors were an eco friendly option. After reaching out for a quote, Jeremy scheduled a phone call to explain the process and discuss our wants and needs. Next, he completed a hall closet test patch. Within a few days, we had received an estimate and were able to get scheduled. Throughout the polishing, we were looped in. When done, Jeremy personally went through the job site. As a nice attention to detail, he even had a cleaning crew ensure our home was move in ready. A few weeks later, we noticed that the dishwasher had been damaged during construction. Jeremy was responsive and ordered the replacement parts directly from Bosch. Because of the hands on approach, we were happy to work with a local, small business that prioritizes both craftsmanship and customer satisfaction. Now, we get regular compliments on our floors. Others have even shared that they wish their polished concrete had a shine like ours. For us, they are both stylish and functional. Overall, we couldnt be happier with the outcome.
