It was my first time going to Nikki, she was amazing. She took her time explaining each step with me and told me what facial she recommended. It was very relaxing and after the facial she left my face looking silky and smooth. Ive been looking for someone that does chemical peels and she is the one. I will definitely be going there for a chemical peel.

She had me glowing! I had some pregnancy related acne that the facial helped clear up and I appreciated the product recommendations. The session was relaxing and Ill be back.

Had hair appointment with Telesa also known as glam society on social media. Most ghetto hair experience ever. Hair appointment was at 3:50, hair is supposed to be provided if you dont have any. An hour into me waiting she realized I had no hair and explained she ordered it late, so I had to go to the beauty supply store and pick up hair. Previous client was still in chair for hours, and I was not seated until 7 pm- hair completed at 8:13 pm. Had no regard for clients time, answers everyones phone call during appointment and huffs and puffs the entire time. She walks out of room multiple times unannounced & unexplained. Only went back to have hair taken down; worst mistake ever. Asked Thursday about appointment to take down and Friday at noon she says come in for take down at 4:30 pm. Get there and end up waiting in car for 1 hr to come inside to customer already in chair. All my hair questions were met with attitude and irritation. Telesa insisted I pay her before she blow-dried my hair and proceeded to go back and forth about how it doesnt matter how long I waited because I wasnt on the books even though she gave appointment time. She also said it could really be 150 for service so which do I prefer, $50 or $150. Seemed retaliatory & customer that was waiting (looks like she bites) kept inserting herself in conversation with no interference from Telesa the stylist. Upon leaving and explaining customer service was terrible, the customer that was waiting followed us out the room and even outside, just hovering & yelling at me even after I was in my car about interrupting her appointment even though stylist overbooked. How would that be my fault? Then customer that looks like she bites charged at my car as if she was going to physically attack or bite me yikes rabies! So ghetto I couldnt make this up. Worst experience ever and wouldn't recommend hair services. Service: Hairstyling

I recieved a facial from Lex M. She was very nice and professional. The business was super clean and smelled so good. The staff was nice and welcoming.
