Fetch

If I could give zero stars I would. The amount of times my packages have been delayed, reschedule, gone missing, you name it. is wild. On multiple occasions Ive gone to the Fetch facility to pick up important packages directly only to sit there for over an hour while they look for my package. I dont know what the organization system is, but its not working. In addition to this they do not take responsibility for any lost/missing packages and re-direct you to who ever shipped the package when I have tracking confirmation that its successfully been delivered to Fetch. This has happened on multiple occasions. Avoid using this service at all cost.

If i could give 0 stars here I would but it forces me to at least give one. TERRIBLE SERVICE. My apartment complex charges us a fee for this service. Packages often get lost , they lost 2 packages and reimbursed one only. So I stopped scheduling my delivery and started picking up at the warehouse. But the people working at the front desk very rude, very unprofessional, zero customer problem solving skills, unwilling to solve a problem, they always reply mam I just work here (and this was the supervisor) when you are trying to retrieve your lost packages and hoping they help you. Total incompetence. No one wants to be accountable. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE. and if your apartment complex has an established contract with them RUNNNNN!!!!

My rather large package was delivered to the warehouse a week ago and they lost it. Since theyve found it, my delivery that I had to leave work early to receive has been canceled twice!! The app is now showing that there isnt another delivery window for over a week! Will be moving to a complex that doesnt partner with this lackluster service when my lease is up.
