while visiting Irving Mall I miss place my home/vehicle keys. I called to get a quote but no one called back. I had to call 2nd time to finally get someone out. The guy that came was carl I told him we are at the back of mall waiting outside. He calls saying his at the front keep in mind we waited for awhile in the cold me and my kids. The quote they gave was 235.00 I end up paying 482.53 for extra pay of key that I didn't ask for. Professional not he was more like experimenting then stiff me with the bill. Being mom with 2 special need kids on a teacher salary. I have no issue paying! Be up honest on what the price includes. That way customer has right to go else where. especially if they have a budget all I had was 500 till next pay month. I had to pay for him to break into my van when all he had to do is make a key to unlock it. Reasonable on price clearly they are not, ripping hard working people out there money dishonest.
