        Loren and Sayuri representatives give awesome service! Thanks for getting it done! 11/30/2023 fyi, the phone number listed isn't the local number, it's corporate number which attempts to get a loan started or assist with current loan. I accidently left some items at store and attempted to call them and i got routed to corporate line. Just frustrated not able to connect with anyone at the store to recover my items.

        It's been about 2 1/2 or 3yrs. since I had stopped by this Loan Agency. When I stopped by their today just after a few minutes of opening I walk inn I was greeted in a very nice way by Priscilla the young lady behind the counter. She asked me how could she help me in a very sweet and mannerly way. Everything went good. I was there for about 15 min. to 20 min. Didn't take long. Once again Thank You! Priscilla for taking the time too assists me. You've made it easy and explained the whole process from the time I walk inn. Hopefully your boss's will reward you or recognize that you went above and beyond your customer service knowledge. . You were great Priscilla.
