Colin Smith was such a blessing to us and our family! He was able to sort through a mess that another subpar attorney created for us and was more than willing to take extra time to make sure we understood all the legal language and answer all of our annoying questions all while making us feel like we were truly a valued client. He even helped us with an unrelated case that had nothing to do with our original inquiry. Colin Smith is a LIAR. He is the most unprofessional, unethical and immoral attorney I have ever met. (Harvey Weinstein!!!) He is a horrible litigator due to his hearing disability. His manic depression makes him unreliable and unstable with your important and sensitive case matters. In our 2 & 1/2 yr case we lost every single battle. He does not know the probate system well enough to navigate it on your behalf.
