I'll begin my review by stating the following: Dan Estrada helped me achieve way more than I could have achieved on my own. With Estrada's help, the uphill battle became much more manageable. He kept me sane, and kept me on track on how to present my case. He also gave me realistic answers - he didn't mince with words and gave me the real facts of what we were facing, what we would have to prepare, best and worst case scenarios. And a definite plus on his part, he also kept me from going way off the OCD charts by keeping me focused on what to prepare and what to leave on the backburner. I spoke with several recommended lawyers from friends, associates and coworkers, and yet none of them were willing to take this case due to the difficulty.
