I had the pleasure of working with Scapes Incorporated in Dallas and I cannot recommend them enough! From start to finish, the entire process was seamless and enjoyable. The team was incredibly professional and knowledgeable, taking the time to listen to my ideas and provide their own expert suggestions. They were able to create a design that perfectly captured my vision and exceeded my expectations. The build process was equally impressive. The team was efficient and respectful of my property, ensuring that everything was done to the highest standard. They were also great at communicating with me throughout the process, keeping me updated on progress and answering any questions I had. The end result is absolutely stunning. My backyard has been transformed into a beautiful oasis that I can't wait to spend time in. The attention to detail and quality of work is evident in every aspect of the design and build. Overall, I would highly recommend this landscape company to anyone in the Dallas area. They truly exceeded my expectations and I couldn't be happier with the end result. Five stars all around! I cannot in good conscience recommend Scapes Landscaping.  Things started out well with Scapes Landscaping, but quickly went downhill.  We hired Scapes to design an outdoor kitchen, which they did very well.  The design and YouTube video were very impressive; however, the construction team did not keep to the original design and communicated updates poorly.  The contract calls for weekly on-site meetings, but meetings were infrequent and always at the last minute.  Our project took significantly longer than originally projected.  The change in countertop material was blamed for the delay, but the change in countertop material was due to a design error on their part, which they did not discover until trying to order the countertop.  Additionally, the crew left their materials strewn throughout our yard for months and killed a lot of grass.  We have also spent months cleaning up all of the rocks and chips they left behind.  Upon finishing, I noticed that our outdoor trash can is crooked.  Scapes originally said they would come to fix it.  It has been 3 months and although I have reached out multiple times, no one has come to fix it.  The crew also installed an outdoor outlet which deviated from the original plans and it now constantly trips and is not usable.  After meeting with multiple companies, I am quite disappointed in the turnout of our project and the high expense we paid for it.  I recommend finding another contractor if you are looking to add a backyard kitchen, but if you do use Scapes, please check your final bill as they charged us for almost $1,000 of materials that were never supplied.  They did remove the cost once we pointed it out, but it is still frustrating.
