I hired Land Patterns in the fall of 2022 and contracted with them for a landscape and irrigation system overhaul for my main home as well as a maintenance plan for an adjacent property I own in Highland Park. Consequently, I paid them over $100,000 for these services. They were to provide all oversite/coordination for outside contractors that were needed. While the work was mostly completed, I began to have significant problems getting the job completed, which were repeatedly brought to their attention. I met with Neil and Blake repeatedly and they demonstrated an overall failure to follow through or remedy several of the lingering issues. This eventually led to me terminating services for both properties. They claim to be a full service provider, with prices to match, but I do not recommend this company to anyone who expects a provider to make good on their repeated promises to complete the job.
