Williams-Sonoma

I bought it not long time ago. The whistle stopped work. I spent almost two hours talking to customer service. The warranty said:"From the date of purchase and for the life of the product, Williams-Sonoma guarantees to repair or replace any item found defective in material, construction or workmanship under normal use and following care instructions. " But they just dropped out the phone and I couldn't be connected to the person with I was talking... In the store the manager refused to help me.

I have been in here a few times and each time me and my bf are treated as if we are stealing and at this point profiling. My recent visit was last week and we wanted to find some gifts and wanted to look around. At first the older gentleman in the front took really great care of us and sweet. When we made our way to the back , literally every 2 mins Im having an associate ask us for an update and the same employee would walk away , stare at us from a distance and then come back up and pressuring us to take whats out of our hands and put at the front (2 small items). We were the only people of color in there and Im not seeing any employees offer that service or bother anyone else like this. To a point I couldnt even get a sentence out without someone bothering us. So we left and Im just never coming in there again and spreading the word. I know how retail works, when you think someone is stealing. This place is ridiculous.
