I generally love any showroom experience, but I especially love the customer cqre I receive at EHG (Thank you Mike & James!). It can take all the senses to get the full scope of a product when making design decisions for my clients, which is why showrooms are so important to me. We can touch, feel and see the quality of products and know whether it's the perfect piece, rather than being surprised by a game of internet roulette. Mike (my fave) and James (my other fave) provide top notch customer service to me and my clients. You couldn't ask for a better team of people to manage EHG.

Staff are overworked. Our salesperson completely missed our appointment while the staff who was showing us around had no idea about the products. This was our second appointment with them. They've been hard to reach and have never apologized for their lack of professionalism. They have a tendency to push certain brands on you without even considering your preferences. The quotes they give you tend to be much higher compared to other showrooms. For a subzero 48 in, we were given a quote of 19 k which is almost 6k more than the quote given by the subzero showroom in Dallas. Make sure to double-check any quotes with other dealers and manufacturers.

We ordered a dishwasher in 8/23/21 which was to be delivered in September 9/19. The date came and went with no communication until we took the initiative to check. The new date was was December 27. That date came and went with zero communication. We talked today (us initiating the call) with salesperson Michael Wright (who I see gave himself a five star review below!). He seems to not understand the idea of communicating updates to customers. Worst customer service you could imagine. Cancelled the order. Avoid this place.
