Cowboys Post Construction Cleaning

This company falsely advertises itself as having experience with post-construction cleaning. DO NOT BE FOOLED! The crew they sent did a poor job overall. I was often on my hands and knees showing them how to clean multiple areas (that they claimed could not be cleaned). What is frustrating is that my wife spoke with someone at this company and sent videos of the depth of cleaning needed. Based on that the representative led us to believe that it would be no problem. Our house had been through major renovations and we needed actual post-construction cleaning not maid service! What’s worse is that the crew was really unprofessional and borderline lazy! They tried to give me attitude when I explained how certain things needed to be cleaned (new wood floors do not need soap and water!!!!). We even provided the chemical to clean the wood floor and they tried to tell us it would not work (even after we spoke with the wood manufacturers multiple times about how to clean the floors). I WOULD NOT recommend this company for POST-CONSTRUCTION cleaning! My wife and I are very disappointed, were shocked at the lack of respect we were shown, and are having to continue to clean multiple areas they poorly cleaned (even after pointing them out to the workers)!!!! I’ve used cowboys cleaning for over four years and I couldn’t be happier. The service is great, the cleaners are on time and consistently do great a great job. If I could give them 10 stars I would!

I have been a client of Cowboys Post Construction Cleaning for 5+ years! They are hands down the most thorough, attentive and kindest team. Contact them and hire them. They are worth every penny and then some. The sparkling end product and clean home is the result of people who care about their work and getting the job done exceptionally well, and who always exceed my expectations! I own a condo in Dallas (now a rental property with tenants hoping to sell soon) and one in Frisco (my primary residence) and they do a fabulous job at each. I've hired them for recurring monthly cleanings at my primary, and also for an AMAZING move-out clean once my old place was to be tenant occupied. It blew me away! It was as if I never lived there - and they are doing another one for me there this week bc they are part of the process for getting that place ready to hit the marker. It's actually been kind of neat having them also come to Frisco and see how I moved all of my furniture from the old place into the new :) I never have to worry about logistics bc they know the routine for both condos and with my crazy travel schedule (well, pre-Covid) have been so understanding when I need to adjust their cleanings. They are super responsive and I trust them fully in my home (and they are just genuinely nice people!) I recommend them often and endorse them fully - thank you Cowboys Post COnstruction Cleaning service for being so wonderful!!! Service: Standard clean

Hired this company based on a friends recommendation. I rarely take advice from people but I decided to give this company a try. The Cleaning crew were on time, very professional, got the cleaning done in a timely manner and with very little noise. My Wife was recovering from a Surgery and needed quiet, I had zero complaints from my wife. Service: Standard clean
