Made an appointment after a fall and filled out their paperwork online. On my visit they claimed they didn't know it was for work injury until the day of visit (just reading the paperwork). Physical was done, back was not addressed and I went home in pain and discomfort. I was rescheduled for 12/22 and asked to email my claim number which I did. I was not seen again due to miscommunication of more paperwork and info needed. They just wasted my time and I am still in pain, I am so disappointed especially since my referral said they were good.

Ford ranger plate NLS 9329 ran the red light on mockingbird and 183 10 seconds after it was red almost took out a truck and a family in their suv might wanna have a talk with them 12-6-23

Overall I love the doctors and most staff team, they are great and lovely, however, trying to call the office when you need to speak to someone is a serious hassle and the automated system says the same thing every 5 second. When youre already frustrated having to listen to that 167 times is not something Id recommend doing. I have called multiple times on multiple days to encounter this automated voice who literally makes me even more ticked than when I called in the first place. Its a great deterrent technique because Im honestly about to change doctors again because they do not answer the phones when you are in need of something. Edit: I got through on the phone line just to get snapped at for not knowing something. The staff here is fine in some aspects but they do not seem to care for the people they are treating.

The doctors have been helpful. Staff member Evelyn is rude and does not seem to pay attention to her job. Was told files had not been received yet they had been. When trying to get results, she was insensitive, and when I asked to speak to another staff member, she placed me on hold and then hung up. Feels very ugly to be treated this way when seeking medical support dealing with chest x-rays and severe sickness. Just looking to get results be on the road to recovery.

I hadn't seen a doctor in years - literally .. I committed to myself that this is the year that I'm going to the doctor & getting healthy .. my blood pressure was dangerously high, along with high cholesterol & being pre-diabetic & Dr Rogers has carefully created a treatment plan that I feel comfortable with .. he was very honest with me & pulled no punches, which I greatly appreciated .. I'm so impressed with both the Dallas & the Mesquite locations .. everyone is professional & friendly, kind & caring && they're fast! I never feel rushed when I'm there, yet the place moves like a well-oiled machine .. I've got a new primary care physician && I definitely recommend you consider them for any healthcare needs
