        Mark Vin with Tech Support helped me get my network running again. He was very nice and patient, he walked me through step by step instructions and maintained professional. Ive had Speednet Broadband going on 7 months and only had 1 issue, which is recent. Tech support resolved my issue. Thanks Mark!

        Our account wasn't affected by the big outage on Thursday and has worked great since the install of the outdoor 5G antenna. Something knocked down our service Friday morning though and we awoke to less than 1mbps download. A call to Speednet tech support is all it took to get everything restored. I was easily able to follow the instructions provided and we were back online. No waiting on a service truck to put us on a list for a visit or taking equipment in. I am very satisfied with Speednet Broadband.
