        Every single time Ive been to this particular location has been bad the employees at this location have absolutely no consideration for your time. These guys on several occasions slow poke and play around no matter how many people maybe waiting

        Whether its over the phone or in store, there is no business Ive ever encountered in which you will lose more of your time. Create an in store appointment or else you will be waiting for 40 minutes for a 2 minute need

        Customer service sucks here Brought a phone in week ago that was compatible with Spectrum Even on their own website, it mentioned it was compatible, but they kept telling me that it wasnt and refused to activate it for me, and I walked across the street to Starbucks, and I ended up activating the phone on my own. These workers need to be trained on how to help customers instead of acting like they know everything when at the end they dont.
