I used Baker Design this year for the first time for residential holiday decor. They totally exceeded my expectations! The design and product chosen was excellent and of great quality, and the team that came to install was the best! In and out in 2 hours! There are three things i look for in any business that I align myself or my company with and it is 1. Customer Service 2. Communication when things are not happening as planned 3. Unique items for a fair price I found all of these in Baker Design Group, I have used them several times starting in 2005 when building a home, they assisted me with a refresh to that home in 2016 and then worked with me again on a new build in 2018. I have found them to be honest, hardworking, caring and lots of attention to detail. They have helped me turn a concept into a reality and a house into a home that felt like a perfect fit for our family. I only refer people and companies that I feel like care about others more than the project dollars. I highly recommend this business !!! Baker Design Group did an amazing job with our home! It is really difficult to exceed our expectations as we are very particular about each detail and the remodel was extensive, but Lisa and the team managed to do it. The overall design changes to the home turned out perfect and the furniture is amazing. Our home went from a dated, closed off, 1980s home to a modern open concept home that is much more livable. Weve had many comments about our house looking like a model home and people are blown away by the transformation. A special thanks to Amanda for a wonderful job pulling it all together with beautiful accessories! Every painting is hung perfectly, the accessories selected were spot on to our style and placed so well. We are happy to say that recently we had the pleasure of working with the Baker Design Group. This our third experience with them as we keep coming back! Working with BDG will have you wondering if its even possible to hire anyone better at what they do. Without hesitation we would strongly encourage anyone looking to create a functional and beautiful interior to hire them, for sure you will not regret your decision. Personally we can attest to their skill level, interpersonal skills, organized approach, follow up and the overall consistency in their work. They do a fantastic job of listening to their clients, applying skill and creativity to their work and exceeding expectations. One last thing. Having been in the business world for many years with an appreciation of the importance of culture in an organization, it's very noticeable how the leadership and overall team at BDG performs their work. They are engaged, positive, passionate and eager to get the job done.
