Farmers Insurance - Marissa Scroggins

I was in a fender bender about 5 months back... my first... so I was a little panicked. I had tons of questions. Both Marissa and Kevin walked me through the steps of what to do, immediately got me in a rental, and my car was fixed like new again within a month. Great customer service!

Excellent service! Marissa and Kevin were very kind and thorough. Helped me set up my parents with the Life Policies I needed for them. Going to be doing the same for myself soon. Really appreciate all the hard work made simple.

This lady runs through employees more than she runs through draws it seems. I call and get different people every time just for them to tell me they are new and now I have been calling and no one answers at all anymore. Canceling my policies unfortunately Brooke has been my agent and apparently Brooke retired and everything has gone to this lady and she sucks!

Marissa doesnt seem to know much about her company or the business. Called to cancel my life insurance policy and she told me to call some 1.800 number. I called the 1.800 number and they told me my farmers agent should be able to cancel the policy on their own! She is extremely rude and arrogant and does not cater to her clients at all. I feel as though I am just a dollar to her company and once the policy got written that is all she cared about.
