Jayvon Wilkerson, who is with Farmers, which is a part of Bristol West, failed me miserably. He texted me my quote for homeowner's and auto insurance. The numbers were good, and I told him so. He told me I needed to cancel my policies with the company I was with at the time. So I canceled the auto and let the homeowner's policy run until it was completed. Three days before homeowner's expired, I call Farmers to add a RV. I was then told, three days before my homeowner's policy expired, that I did NOT have a homeowner's policy with Farmers!!!! What?!?!???? So I did not have a homeowner's policy, AND the actual cost for the auto was higher than was quoted.
BEWARE!

I really appreciate him taking the time to communicate when it was convenient for me (around my work schedule) through phone, text or email. He also took the time to answer my questions, do some research and then craft the best policies for me.
