        Absolutely terrible! No one every answers the phone. Email responses take weeks. This company moves at a snails pace. Quite literally the worst customer service I have every experienced. I needed to update my car insurance when I was selling a car. The company took so long to get back to me I had to go with a different insurance provider.

        I have tried calling this agency numerous times over the last 2 months and have left countless voicemails to discuss the homeowners policy I have with them. I have had 2 separate people respond to my emails that I will hear back same day and never get a call. I have made it pretty clear that it is urgent that they call back and they still do not. It seems like the only time they get back to you is when they want you to buy something.

        Terrible customer service. Still being charged for cancelled policies and cars I do not own. I cannot get anyone on the phone. When requested to talk via phone they do not follow through. Do not recommend. Not easy to work with, get questions answer, or resolve issues.

      Victoria - Apologies for the unfortunate scenario. We show that you and your vehicle were removed from the auto policy but your banking info remained on the active policy after. The other policyholder has come forward with their proper payment info and we have processed the refund back to your bank account.Again, apologies for the inconvenience of this unfortunate situation from the split of your policy.Respectfully,
