        I feel extremely taken advantage of with the cleaning service. I informed both the company and contracted cleaners to make a HARD STOP at 2 hrs worth of cleaning. My request was ignored and I was billed for 3.5 hours despite my clear instructions while booking the service. The cleaner even texted me requesting a payment outside of the invoice I receive from North Cowboy Cleaners. Very dishonest on both the company and cleaners end. Super shiesty. Book at your own risk.
